Let us introduce ourselves
Authentic Asian cuisine has long been known for its delicate flavors as well as wholesome health benefit. While Thai food offers pungent spice and bold distinctive profile, Vietnamese cuisine possesses a more balanced and well-rounded essence.
At Saigon Bangkok in Hamburg, our traditional Thai and Vietnamese recipes that have been passed on and refined through generations can be said to have brought cultural diversity to local cuisine art enthusiasts.
Let me introduce myself
Tommy Truong grew up in the family business. For the last 23 years, his family has owned and operated Saigon Bangkok, a Vietnamese and Thai restaurant.
The first location in Tonawanda opened more than two decades ago, and seven years ago, the family added a second location in Amherst. When Truong was ready to scout locations for a third restaurant, the Village of Hamburg was on his short list.
